DEATH BY DISHWASHER -- A woman climbed into a portable dishwasher, closed the door and died when the machine started up. The death of Carolyn M. Matsumoto, 25, was ruled a suicide by Alameda County Coroner's deputies. She died of scalding and asphyxiation.
